Yes, our data-only SIM cards will work on any smartphone.
While you cannot make standard voice calls and SMS from a phone number using a data-only SIM card, WiFi Calling from your existing provider/phone will work when connected to a router equipped with our SIM along with other internet-based messaging (like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger) and internet calling will work.
Broadband Go offers an internet access service. Broadband Go does not offer its own SMS/messaging or voice service and as such, there is no access to emergency services solely with a Broadband Go product or service. While Broadband Go uses multiple radio access networks to provide the service, it is impossible to guarantee universal coverage as factors such as (but not limited to) geography, atmospheric conditions, distance from you to the nearest mast, the vehicle or structure in which you are using the Service may degrade or interfere with the Service. This may reduce the download or upload speed, latency, and jitter and reduce your overall experience with the Service.
The Service will only operate while the SIM card is in a compatible device and that device has sufficient power to operate.
If you are running an over-the-top voice service (e.g. Voice over IP) from a third party, you acknowledge that the factors described above may prevent such a voice service from operating and by extension prevent access to emergency services.
